...Is to join the intelligentsia. I must confess I have NEVER seen a film by Pedro Almodovar. This is shocking and horrifying to many friends I respect most, BUT.......it will soon change, thanks to Viva Pedro which is running at the Castro theater

Ok Bruce...what is the gimick with Pedro Almodovar? Quite honestly, I have never heard of him either. Is he some cult figure with a genre of films?

You don’t have to be a film elitist to know who Pedro Almodovar is. His films are as interesting and thought evoking (if not more… I’m a little biased) than a John Waters film. Shit! The plot alone is something that 7 drama queens on crack can not even get close to creating! :)

I've seen all of the eight flicks, but they really come alive on that big screen. You must not miss Law of Desire this weekend. I'm catching it Friday night at 7. See ya there?
